How You Can Get Involved
As every area of the carnival is run solely by volunteers, we need a LOT of help to make this event a fun-filled day for the kids. We welcome help from any Woods Creek parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and older siblings (middle school and up) to volunteer for a shift - or more!
To show our appreciation for your time, we are offering each volunteer a FREE RAFFLE TICKET for each time slot that you help. These raffle tickets can be used toward the raffle baskets. THANK YOU!

Donate your time and help run the Carnival
- Every area of the Carnival is run solely by volunteers. These areas include: set-up, face painting, games, kitchen, redemption room, book/cake walk, concessions, silent auction table, and clean-up.

Silent Auction
Donate goods or services
- Donate tickets to a game, show, or event.
- Donate park passes.
- Own your own company? Donate your products.
Cake and Book Walk
Donate your baked goods & gently used books
- Our students love this carnival game and its success is completely dependent on donations from you!
- Bring in your favorite baked goods and new or gently used books to be used for this favorite game.
Raffle Baskets
Donate items to be added to the baskets
- Each grade level has a different "theme" for their raffle basket.
- Bring in items that can be added to your class basket.

Redemption Room
Donate items for the students to "purchase" at the Carnival.
- Instead of receiving a prize ticket after each game, each child will have a "Redemption Card" that will be marked after each game is played.
- These cards can be turned in at any time in the Redemption Room to pick out prizes.
